  • Shipping fees vary based on destination, order size, and delivery method.

  • Estimated shipping fees are calculated and displayed at checkout after you enter your address.

3. Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 2 - 5 business days after receiving your payment.

  • Orders placed on weekends or UAE public holidays are processed the next working day.

4. Delivery Timeframes

  • UAE: 2-5 business days

  • GCC Countries: 2–7 business days

  • International Orders: 5–9 business days

5. Tracking

  • You can monitor the delivery status through the courier’s tracking system.

6. Customs and Duties (International Orders)
